Airport Shuttle
Transportation via shuttle to and from the Honolulu International Airport can be arranged through Ilima Tours and Transportation. Please call Toll-Free: 1-800-713-0146; Direct: 1-808-836-1881; or Email: ilima@ilimatours.com to make reservations.

Beach/Pool Towels and Beach Mats
The Front Desk has complimentary beach/pool towels and beach mats for your personal use. Please return towels to the drop box located near the pool entrance or near the beach mat location at the Front Desk. Please do not use your room towels for the beach or pool.

Credit Cards
You are required to present a valid credit card upon check-in. The following credit cards are accepted: American Express, Carte Blanche, Diners Club, Discover, JCB, MasterCard, and Visa.

Cribs/Rollaway Beds
Cribs and Rollaway beds are available for an additional charge of $10 per night plus tax. Rollaway beds are not available for One Bedroom Suites.

Exercise Room/Dry Sauna
The Exercise Room consists of a Treadmill, Stationary Bicycle, and Dry Sauna. Please see the Front Desk for keys and instructions on how to operate these machines. Only registered guests are allowed use of the equipment.

Front Desk
Hours of operation: 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Grocery Store
Nearest supermarket, Food Pantry, is located about 2 blocks away from the hotel. You will also be able to find Safeway on Kapahulu Ave. There are several small convenience stores located within 1/2 block to 2 blocks of the hotel.

Housekeeping
Hours of operation: 8am - 4pm, 7 days a week.

Ice Machine
The Ice Machine is located in the lobby of the hotel. Please bring your ice bucket to the Front Desk and a host will assist you.

Internet Access
Free High Speed Cable Internet access is available in all guestrooms and free Wireless is available in the lobby. See Front Desk for Wireless password.

Lanai (Balcony)
All guestrooms have a lanai equipped with a table and chairs. Please refrain from hanging articles from railing.

Laundry
Coin operated washers and dryers located on floor P3. Laundry soap and fabric softener available at the Front Desk for purchase.

Location
The ‘Ilima Hotel is centrally located on a quiet side street in the heart of Waikiki, near the Ala Wai Canal. We are 2 blocks from the middle of world-famous Waikiki Beach, and 1 block away from the International Marketplace.

Luggage Storage
Luggage may be stored at the Front Desk prior to check-in or departure to the airport.

Newspaper
Complimentary local daily newspaper will be delivered to your room every morning. You may also visit our lobby for the Wall Street Journal which you will find on our newspaper rack.

Parking
Free limited parking available but not guaranteed. Parking is not assigned but is on a first-come first-served basis for registered guests only. Valid for one vehicle per guestroom. If the parking lot is full upon your return to the hotel, please inquire at the Front Desk for a listing of other parking locations in the area (charges may apply).

Pets
Pets are not allowed in the hotel except for registered service animals.

Postal Mail/Packages
Mail/Packages sent to the hotel before the Guest arrives should clearly state the Guest First/Last Name and arrival date. We will hold the item at the Front Desk until the Guest arrives. Please place outgoing mail in Mail Drop located at the Front Desk.

Safe
Laptop compatible in-room safes are available in each guestroom at a daily fee of $2.75 per day plus tax.

Smoking Rooms
Smoking rooms are located on the 9th (Superior) and 10th (Deluxe) floors only and available upon request (not guaranteed). If you are not staying on a smoking floor, you will not be able to smoke on your lanai.

Swimming Pool
Hours of Operation: 8am – 10pm, 7 days a week. Swimming Pool located on the Lobby level. Please stop at the Front Desk prior to swimming to pickup your pool towels.

Tour Desk
Hours of Operation: 8am – 12pm noon, 7 days a week. Any inquiries after hours may be done by calling: Direct: 1-808-924-2617; or Toll-Free: 1-800-367-5172.

Vending Machines
Refreshments are located in the Lobby near the Swimming Pool entrance.
