Delightfully friendly. It’s not often that hotels in big cities offer such friendly service. The Ilima is close to the main sights, close to public transit, and walking distance to the beach. Parking is free. Most important of all, though, the staff are such friendly, informative and helpful people that make the stay memorable. I was quite impressed by this.
